Carol Cope, RN is a Plastic Surgery Nurse specialist and Dr. LaPatka's practice coordinator. Her experience includes an extensive surgical background and has Advanced Certification in Lasers. Carol brings the proficiency that is required to perform our laser treatments in a safe medical spa surrounding under the direction of Dr. LaPatka. She has been administering laser treatments for over 8 years and uses many modalities of the laser to treat all the types of skin and the various problems each person. Dr. LaPatka and she develop a personalized skin care that meet your individual needs.
In addition to our expanded laser services, Carol provides skin consultations and recommends skin care products that fit your individual skin needs. She encourages you to contact her to set up an appointment.
Heather Grieco, R.N.
Aesthetics and Cosmetic Rejuvenation Specialist
Heather has been a registered nurse for over 10 years. She received her Nursing Degree from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan and started her nursing career in Pediatric Medicine. After relocating to the Santa Barbara area almost six years ago, she became interested in aesthetic dermatology. She was privileged to learn from the leaders in the field of Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. Heather has extensive training in Botox cosmetic, dermal fillers, fractional resurfacing lasers, intense pulse light, laser hair removal and medical grade skin care.
Heather is professionally and personally committed to the art and science of cosmetic rejuvenation. She is passionate about educating clients about their skin and recommending personalized treatments and products. Her goal is to exceed client’s expectations at every level.

With comprehensive experience our surgery scheduler is the one you will speak with when you call scheduling your surgery. Warm, friendly and helpful, he or she will answer many of your questions regarding your pre-appointment and post-treatment experience.

Our nurses provide care and support to patients before, during, and after surgery. They are responsible for maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room, monitoring the patient during surgery, and coordinating care throughout the process. They are also responsible for making sure our team provides the patient with the best care possible.
